The Next Chapter
When Bruce Duchossois purchased this land in 2000, he did so with a vision of its past, present, and future as a fixture of Aiken’s equestrian tradition. Since our first horse show in the Fall of 2015, events at Bruce’s Field have attracted top level amateur, professional and Olympic equestrians from across the country and the world. This unprecedented reception and growth has quickly outpaced our current permanent facilities. The Foundation Board is committed to improvements not only ensuring the horse, rider and spectator a comfortable and memorable horse show experience, but also to nurturing the development of Bruce's Field to be an asset to the community; always mindful of this beautiful property entrusted to our care.
Bruce’s generosity and support of both the equestrian community and the City of Aiken is undeniable. Nothing would have made him happier than the knowledge that his friends, industry associates, and the next generation of equestrians have chosen to be part of his vision for this spectacular venue. Please consider paying forward Bruce's spirit of generosity by adopting one (or more) of the numerous naming opportunities available. More specific information is available on our website.
